I'm Phil Neves, a Brazilian-American Creative Director who's currently trying to convince the world that Group Black is the coolest media company on the planet. (Spoiler alert: it is.) We're on a mission to shake things up and make media more inclusive, and I'm the lucky guy leading the creative charge.
Before I was wrangling the media world, I was building a creative powerhouse at Holler, a tech company trying to revolutionize how we message each other. I started from scratch, assembling a dream team of designers and animators. We churned out some seriously awesome content.
Prior to all this digital wizardry, I cut my teeth at Inspira Marketing, where I helped bring some of the biggest brands to life through immersive experiences. Think mind-blowing events for Diageo, Guinness, and even those iconic Geico geckos.
In my spare time, when I'm not chasing after my two toddlers, I channel my inner creative energy into helping small businesses and creators find their own unique voices. Because let's be honest, everyone deserves a killer brand identity.
I graduated from the University of Miami, with a major in both Studio Art and Filmmaking and a minor in Marketing. And if you ever need to impress someone with your language skills, I'm your guy. I'm fluent in English, Portuguese, German, and Spanish.
